We request that customers inform us of any return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the return or exchange process will be completed within 5–7 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and unworn
  • With tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Supported by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted (+91 88070 60302).

Once your request is accepted, we will share the return instructions, including how and where to send the package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

This helps us assess the issue quickly and resolve it properly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
